When I made the decision to get my CCW permit and legally carry a firearm for personal protection, I went shopping for holsters. What I found is that of all the mass-produced holsters on the market, I couldn’t find one that I liked everything about. That’s when I started rolling my own. Then came the requests from friends and family. Between friends, family, and strangers (both local and via the WWW), I found myself producing some very rugged, comfortable, and unique designs. I’m not scared to try new methods, but I do like to stick to what I’m good at.
So, please feel free to have a look around. If you see something that you kind of like, I’d love to hear from you. Since every one of my holsters is custom-designed and made by hand to fit you, my customer, I obviously can’t very easily provide prices without first understanding your expectations.
I’m not going to copy a holster made by a big-box manufacturer. If mentioning another manufacturer’s holster is the best start to the description of what you want, that’s great. But, if you like the holster from brand “XXX” that they sell at the local sporting goods store, it won’t hurt my feelings if you get theirs. They can sell it cheaper, and I’m not trying to compete with that. Because, with some things in life, it’s perfectly alright to be picky. This is one of those things. Chances are, you will wear your holster more often than your shoes. The holster ought to fit you at least that well. And, it will cost significantly less than a full-custom pair of handmade shoes!
Another thing – this is NOT one of those cases of ‘if you have to ask, you can’t afford it.’ I make every attempt to keep my pricing quite reasonable for a one-off designed, hand-made in the U. S. A., top-quality product. Plus, it doesn’t cost anything to request a bid. So, don’t hesitate to email me.
